Ms. Teena Rajesh Neericode is living with her husband and two children. Her elder son is physically challenged by birth.  Her husband is an asthma patient and cannot go for regular work and his income is insufficient to meet the family’s basic needs.  Hence, they were in debt and had to find other sources of income. It prompted ESSS to select her family into the Hope & Help project supported by REHASWiSS, Switzerland. She started quail rearing and poultry business with financial support from the project.  Her husband is very supportive of her, and it helped her run the income generation programme very well.  She sells the eggs to neighbouring people and in nearby shops.  She was also selected as one of the best entrepreneurs in 2020 women’s day programme of ESSS. She never thought she would be able to improve her life condition this much.
