First of all, ESSS would like to appreciate and express our deep sentiments of gratitude to each of you for all the innovative ways in which you, your Parishes and Regional levels for having been involved with numerous activities in creating awareness and precautionary measures against corona virus, promotion of different care and support initiatives, etc. We see a plethora of goodwill and solidarity efforts taken up under the inspiring leadership of each of you.
Now that all of us are extremely busy and are intensely involved with several initiatives connected with the health emergency in the wake of corona virus pandemic in our country. Let’s remain connected with information sharing at all levels. In this crucial time you are most welcome to connect to our staff personnel for any emerging need and support. Contact the Local Parish Priest or Priest in charge, or the village animators or the ESSS Staff, for avoiding Panic Situations.
Meanwhile, ESSS requests each of you to take sufficient precautionary measures for your personal protection and that of your family, staff and associates, please also ensure to adhere to all Govt regulations on travel/movements. Since this health emergency may remain for some more weeks ahead, during these trying times, our priority should be the health safety and well being of our local communities. Hence, all other on-going developmental program activities including those of ESSS could be slowed down and we should remain focused on combating COVID-19 during these weeks. Please feel free to call for any doubts or clarification at any time. Let us together fight against Corona and build bridge for many abandoned, unwanted and isolated deserving people in the society.
Wishing God’s abundant blessings for each of you and in union of our prayers,
The President – Fr Martin Azhikakath and ESSS Team.
