Ms. Jasmin Lal is a member of Priyadarshini group at Gandhi Nagar from 2015 onwards. Her husband met with an accident two years after her marriage (20 years back), and he isn’t able to go for work. She has two daughters, and it was difficult for her to meet the family’s basic needs. 10 years before, that prompted her to start a catering service for Indira Gandhi hospital. Initially, it was a small venture, where the food is prepared from her house. Later, she expanded it as a hotel at her house, where she serves 75 meals per day. After joining the group promoted by ESSS in 2015, she took a group loan to expand and renovate her hotel by appointing two lady staff. Further, she started a small textile business. Now with her hard work and support of our group, she is running the business well.
