Jessy Joseph is staying with her husband and two children.  She is a member of Haritha SHG at Manjummel, started in the year 2007. The SHG is very active, and it helped her to develop leadership qualities and knowledge. The family of Jessy Joseph was not in a position to meet the basic needs of the children. Hence, she started the sale of garments and tailoring business.  But the income was not sufficient to meet the needs of the family. By taking linkage loan from SHG, she expanded the garments and tailoring business on a large scale and got regular orders.   Now she is in a position to earn Rs. 20,000/- per month.   The family is now very happy and support her in the business. She opines that all these achievements have been the result of the support and training given by ESSS at various levels.
